			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Though winds were brisk and seas a bit choppy, the July photo trip to the USS Vandenberg and Tortugas Ecological Reserve was a big hit with a full boat of photographers and videographers.  We made four dives on the Vandenberg on day one, then headed west for two solid days of diving in the Tortugas Ecological Reserve where the reefs were thriving and the visibility was over 80 feet on every site.   Some long-time photo trip members commented this was the best vis and reef conditions they&#8217;ve seen in this area in 10 years.</p>
